Equipment service is generally performed within 24 hours of receiving the call. Dispensers are labeled with the service number of the master distributor and contact is made directly with those service departments. Customers that will not receive 24 hour service due to outlying geographies or service loads will be contacted within 24 hours and notified of the expected tech arrival time.
